These terms apply when you use our website or book classes with Heights International Academy.
Our service
We provide live online tutoring, one-to-one and in small groups. Tutors are matched to the curriculum, board and subject you request. We do not guarantee exam grades; results depend on many factors including the student's own work.
Free trial class
The first class is free and does not commit you to anything. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan and confirm it with us.
Bookings and payment
Prices are shown on our pricing page in your chosen currency. Plans are confirmed with you in writing (usually on WhatsApp or email) before payment. Payment is due before the classes it covers unless agreed otherwise.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to move a class. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our refund policy.
Conduct
Students and tutors must treat each other with respect. Classes take place only on our class platform. We may end a booking if these rules are broken. See our safeguarding policy.

Exam information on this site is summarised from official exam-board sources and may change. Always check the official board for the latest syllabus, dates and rules. The AI assistant can make mistakes; fees and availability are confirmed by our team.
