Plain-English rules for rescheduling, cancelling and refunds.
Free trial
The trial class is free. There is nothing to cancel or refund, and it never turns into a paid plan by itself.
Rescheduling a one-to-one class
If you tell us at least 24 hours before a class, we will move it to another time with the same tutor where possible. Classes cancelled with less notice may be counted as taken.
Group classes
Group classes run on a fixed timetable. If a student misses a class, the tutor shares the notes and homework. Missed group classes are not refunded individually.
If we cancel
If a tutor has to cancel, we will offer a replacement class at a time that suits you, or credit the class to your next month.
Refunds for prepaid classes
If you decide to stop, unused prepaid one-to-one classes can be refunded or credited. Ask us on WhatsApp or email info@heightsinstitute.com and we will confirm the amount in writing. Refunds are paid by the method you used to pay, where possible.
