Contact us

You can contact Heights International Academy on WhatsApp, by email or by phone. WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us for questions about curricula, fees in your currency, class times or booking a free trial class. We answer during our hours: Every day, 9am to 11pm Pakistan time (PKT).

Many answers are already on the site: fees in your currency, booking a free trial, our subject experts, the refund policy, safeguarding and the FAQ.

How can you reach Heights International Academy?

How do I send a general enquiry?

For general questions. To book a class, use the free trial form instead.

We usually reply on WhatsApp.

What should you know before you get in touch?

What should I include in my first message?

Include the student's curriculum and exam board, the subject, the school year, your country or timezone and the exam date if one is set. With those details we can suggest a suitable tutor and trial time in one reply instead of several back-and-forth messages. A syllabus code, such as 9709 or 0625, helps even more.

Do you have an office I can visit?

Heights International Academy teaches online only, so classes never take place at an office or at your home. All lessons are live on our class platform, and you can reach the team on WhatsApp, by email or by phone. If we open a staffed centre in future, its address will be listed on this page.

How do I book a free trial class?

Book a free trial class through the short form on the free trial page, or send us a WhatsApp message with the curriculum and subject. We match a tutor for your exam board, confirm a time in your timezone on WhatsApp, and the trial class itself is free with no card needed.

How do I apply to teach with Heights?

Tutors apply through the become-a-tutor page rather than this contact form. The application asks for your subjects, the boards and syllabus codes you have taught, your qualifications and your availability, and every applicant goes through the same selection steps described on that page.

How do I raise a safeguarding concern?

Raise a safeguarding concern straight away by WhatsApp or by email at info@heightsinstitute.com, and say that it is a safeguarding matter. Our safeguarding page explains the rules tutors follow in every class and what families can do to keep online lessons safe.
